Know Your Executive: Charles Mudawa Emmanuel

A walk along the beautiful lanes of Busoga College, Mwiri gives you an aura of royalty and magnificence. The scenic view of Lake Victoria and occasional chatter of monkeys could easily make one forget why we’re here. But on this day, it was the Eastern Region ICT Teachers’ Capacity Development Workshop.

As we approached the reception, we were met by the smiling face of Charles Mudawa. Charles is the mobiliser for Busoga Sub Region on the Eastern Executive of the ICT Teachers’ Association of Uganda. A soft spoken teacher of ICT at Busoga College Mwiri, our National Chairman, Mr. Kakaire Charles speaks fondly of him. But, who is Charles?
